This is a translation of a pre-publication draft, not an active consent form. Health and injury information require optional choices separate from account registration. Basic service access should remain available when a user declines.

1. Choice A: health-platform records
| Information | Purpose | Retention and collection |
|---|---|---|
| Activity type, start and end time, distance, duration, pace, calories and source | Importing selected records and connected coaching | Until the user deletes the record or closes the account, except legally retained records; collected when the user grants OS permission and imports records |
This draft covers running, walking and treadmill records, and does not include heart rate or GPS routes. Changes require renewed notice and consent as applicable. You may refuse and still enter records manually or use basic functions.
2. Choice B: injury and pain information
| Information | Purpose | Retention and collection |
|---|---|---|
| Body region and detailed location, side, symptom type, pain severity, onset, effect on running, diagnosis status and name, current status and notes | Safety references, intensity adjustment, recovery guidance and coaching | Until the user deletes the record or closes the account, except legally retained records; entered during onboarding, after workouts or in records |
Refusing this choice does not prevent basic service use, although related adjustments may be limited.
3. AI processing and overseas transfers
Only the minimum structured signals needed for coaching should be used. Email, names, internal identifiers, free-text notes and precise locations are excluded as a rule.
Pre-publication review: sensitive-information consent does not replace overseas-transfer disclosures. The recipient, country, data categories, purpose, transfer timing and method, retention and refusal options must be finalized separately. Until those details are finalized, the safest operating option is to disable external AI processing of sensitive information.
4. Use limitations
Information is used only for running records, safety references and coaching. It is not used for advertising targeting, insurance, credit or employment decisions, discrimination, or general-purpose AI training without separate consent. Coaching is not medical care.
5. Withdrawal, permissions and deletion
You may withdraw at any time. OS permissions must be managed separately in device settings. Disconnecting an integration in the app does not itself revoke OS permissions or erase records already imported.
Request deletion of server information or withdrawal by contacting hello@caretine.com. The company verifies identity and informs you of the result.
6. Separate choices and records
Health-platform and injury-information choices are independent opt-ins. Records include the user identifier, option, document version, locale, time and channel. Choices must not be preselected.
