Request RUNTINE account deletion
You can read about account deletion and what happens to your data without signing in. You’ll only need to verify your identity with the social account you used to sign up when you submit a request.
In the app
Settings → Privacy and account management → Request account deletion
Timing and cancellation
You can cancel your request on this website or in the app within seven days of submission. Account deletion begins after seven days. Once processing has started, you cannot cancel the request on the website.
Data that will be deleted
- Your RUNTINE account linked to social sign-in, profile and avatar
- Onboarding information, running goals and training plans
- Workouts, synced health data, discomfort and injury logs, race results and personal bests
- App settings, push tokens and notification history
Data retained separately for legal reasons
If the records below exist and the relevant law applies, we keep them separately from your account data for the stated period, then destroy them.

Cancel store subscriptions separately
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are separate from account deletion. To stop future charges, cancel them yourself in the relevant store's subscription settings.
