1. Minimum account information

2. Optional profile information
Display name, gender, birth year, locale, region, goals, running level, monthly distance, available days, running environment, equipment, races and personal bests may be used for personalized features. Omitting them may limit personalization. Information unnecessary for registration is not made mandatory.
3. Refusal and processing basis
You may refuse consent. If information is indispensable to identify an account, registration may be unavailable without it.
Pre-publication review: the processing basis must be finalized after legal review, choosing between contract performance and required consent as appropriate. App wording and the server document code must be aligned before this draft is connected to registration.
4. Separate optional choices
Injury, pain, diagnosis and health records are excluded from basic account consent and require separate optional choices. Marketing and nighttime advertising consent are requested separately when those features begin.
The privacy policy describes overall processing, external recipients, potential overseas transfers and privacy rights.
5. Consent records and withdrawal
To document a choice, the company records only the necessary user identifier, document type, version, locale, consent or withdrawal time and channel. Choices are not preselected and the source document remains accessible.
